Coastal Explorer
Valid from: January 1, 2025
We are a team of coast lovers dedicated to providing authentic nature experiences on the North and Baltic Seas. Our mission is to connect travelers with the most beautiful coastal regions – sustainably, personally, and inspiringly.
We believe in travel that opens the senses and respects the environment. That is why we work exclusively with local partners who share our values: protecting nature, promoting regional economies, and treating people and animals with respect.
Our offers are aimed at anyone who wants to discover the coast not just as a beach destination, but as a living environment. Whether families with children, couples seeking peace, or active solo travelers – everyone will find the right adventure with us.
We communicate honestly, down-to-earth, and with a touch of Nordic calm. No exaggerated promises, but clear information and genuine enthusiasm for the coast. Our language is direct but warm – just as you would expect on the North Sea.
From the first idea to an established platform for coastal trips – every step was marked by curiosity and the desire for genuine nature experiences.
More about usAfter a mudflat hike on Sylt, the plan emerged to create a platform that bundles authentic coastal adventures and makes them accessible to everyone.
We established contacts with local guides, national park houses, and small guesthouses along the North and Baltic Seas. The network grew to over 50 providers.
After intensive development, the first version went online. Focus: guided tours, sustainable accommodations, and practical travel tips for coastal regions.
The platform received the tourism award "Sustainable Travel" and expanded its offerings to include kayak routes, bike tours, and herb hikes. Over 15,000 users per month.
Today, the platform connects an active community of coastal enthusiasts. Planned are interactive maps, a blog with seasonal highlights, and a dedicated eco-camp project.
Every milestone was developed together with local partners – for genuine experiences on the coast.
Let our editorial tips inspire your next trip to the coast.
