Terms of Use for Coastal Travel

These rules apply to the booking and use of our travel offers. By using the platform, you accept the following provisions.

Scope

These terms govern the contractual relationship between you and aucoastalline.com GmbH for all travel services, excursions, and accommodations along coastal regions arranged through the platform.

Contract Conclusion

📝 §2

A contract is concluded when you submit a binding booking and we confirm it via email. The confirmation contains all essential service details as well as the total price.

Scope of Services

🏖️ §3

The exact services (accommodation, meals, guided tours, transfers) can be found in the respective offer description. Changes are reserved, provided they are not significant and are communicated to you in a timely manner.

Payment Terms

💳 §4

Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due upon booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days before the start of the trip. For bookings made within 14 days of departure, the full amount is due immediately.

Cancellation and Withdrawal

You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the trip. For later cancellations, staggered fees apply: 25% up to 14 days before, 50% up to 7 days before, 80% up to 2 days before. In case of no-show, the full amount is due. Cancellation must be made in writing.

Liability of the Provider

⚖️ §6

We are liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as in cases of gross negligence or intent. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damages. Liability for other property and financial losses is excluded.

Traveler's Obligations to Cooperate

🧳 §7

You are obliged to obtain and keep valid any required travel documents (ID card, visa, vaccination certificates) yourself. On guided tours, you must follow the guide's instructions. In case of gross misconduct, participation may be terminated without entitlement to a refund.

Data Protection

We process your personal data exclusively for contract fulfillment and in accordance with our privacy policy. Data is only passed on to third parties to the extent necessary for the execution of the trip (e.g., to hotels or transfer services).

Changes to the Terms

🔄 §9

We reserve the right to change these terms with effect for the future. We will inform you of significant changes by email at least four weeks before they take effect. If you do not object within two weeks, the new terms are deemed accepted.

Final Provisions

📌 §10

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of the provider.
